This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Admore Promotions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to the following conditions.
All payments made to Admore Promotions are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed and initiated. Due to the nature of our services, which involve time, effort, resource allocation, and strategic planning, we do not offer refunds after work has commenced.
This applies to all services including Digital Marketing, Advertising Campaigns, Website Development, Branding, Content Creation, and any other services offered by the company.
Clients may request cancellation of services only before the commencement of work. Once the project or service has been initiated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Service initiation includes but is not limited to planning, strategy development, account setup, creative work, campaign setup, or any activity performed by our team related to the agreed service.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where the service has not been started due to a fault or delay solely caused by Admore Promotions.
In such situations, the eligibility and amount of refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The final decision regarding refunds will remain solely with Admore Promotions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
Any payments made towards third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), hosting services, domain registrations, or any external tools are strictly non-refundable.
These charges are paid directly to external service providers and are governed by their respective policies. Admore Promotions is not responsible for refunding any third-party expenses under any circumstances.
