1. Services

Admore Promotions provides a wide range of advertising, marketing, and branding services, including but not limited to:

• Outdoor Advertising (OOH/DOOH)
• Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms)
• Website Design & Development and SEO Services
• Graphic Designing and Creative Services
• ATL & BTL Campaigns
• Media Production
• Printing, Signage, and Branding Solutions
• Event Management and Promotional Activities

The scope of each service will be defined and agreed upon before project initiation.

2. Payments

All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cheque.

Work will commence only after payment confirmation is received. Any delay in payment may result in delays in service delivery.

Budgets for advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid channels are separate from service charges and must be paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed.

3. No Guarantee

While we apply industry expertise and best practices, Admore Promotions does not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, rankings, or return on investment (ROI).

Outcomes depend on various factors including market conditions, audience behavior, competition, campaign budget, and third-party platform performance.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, information, access, and approvals required for project execution in a timely manner.

Any delays in providing required inputs may impact project timelines, performance, and delivery schedules. Admore Promotions shall not be held responsible for such delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

Admore Promotions shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to:

• Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss
• Performance issues related to advertising or external platforms
• Delays caused by third-party services or unforeseen circumstances
• Ad account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or policy violations by platforms

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:

• Non-payment or delayed payment
• Violation of agreed terms or misuse of services

In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services already initiated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India.
